About This Job :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in T24. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing past, current, and future business trends, establishing strategies to achieve desired outcomes, and implementing these strategies. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal business units to understand and address challenges, providing effective solutions.Key Responsibilities :Strategy Development :- Develop new product and service-oriented strategies .- Communicate and implement these strategies in collaboration with the technical team.Cross-Functional Collaboration :- Work with various internal business units to understand their challenges.- Provide tailored solutions to address these challenges.Organizational Improvement :- Identify and address weaknesses within the organization.- Explore and implement new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction.Qualifications :Education :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business or a related field.Experience :- 5+ years of experience in a related industry, with a strong focus on T24.Technical Skills :- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Communication Skills :- Strong written and verbal communication skills.Personal Attributes :Analytical Skills :- Ability to analyze past, current, and future business trends.- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.Collaboration :- Excellent interpersonal skills for working cross-functionally.- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.Strategic Thinking :- Capable of developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business success.- Innovative mindset to explore new ways of enhancing customer satisfaction.
