Job Description:As a Senior Data Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across our organization. You will lead initiatives to establish and maintain data quality standards, processes, and governance frameworks. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues, implement corrective measures, and drive continuous improvement in data management practices.Responsibilities :- Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.- Define and enforce data quality metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to measure and monitor data quality performance.- Lead data quality assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and prioritize corrective actions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance processes and frameworks to maintain data integrity.- Implement data quality tools and technologies to automate data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring processes.- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to track key metrics and trends.- Provide guidance and support to business units on data quality best practices, standards, and tools.- Lead cross-functional teams in resolving data quality issues and driving root cause analysis.- Establish data stewardship programs to assign ownership and accountability for data quality across the organization.- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data quality management and recommend innovative solutions.Qualifications :Required Qualifications and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- 9+ years of experience in data management, with at least 5 years in a data quality management role.- Proven experience in developing and implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures.- Strong understanding of data quality concepts, methodologies, and best practices.- Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica Data Quality, Talend Data Quality, or similar.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify data quality issues.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on data quality initiatives.- Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or pharmaceuticals is a plus.- Relevant certifications in data management or data quality (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, Certified Information Quality Professional) are desirable.
