Role : Sr. Front end developer Location : RemoteSkills : React, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSSExperience : 5 to 7 yrsRoles & Responsibilities :- Collaborate closely with the expert product development team to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable frontend solutions using React, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.- Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional, visually stunning web interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI designers.- Conduct thorough code reviews, optimizations, and enhancements to ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.- Liaise with backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver frontend solutions aligned with business objectives.- Peer review code for quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.- Conduct unit testing and create tests to maintain high code quality.- Generate comprehensive documentation for future reference and support.- Follow regular development and promotion cycles to deliver new features and maintain the existing codebase.- Lead by example by delivering complex, critical development tasks and adhering to coding standards and review techniques.Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Needed :- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in React development.- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with expertise in React, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.- Proven track record of building responsive and visually appealing web applications with a focus on user experience.- Solid understanding of frontend development best practices, browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques.- Proficiency in Git feature-branch workflow and code reviewing.- Experience mentoring and supporting team members.- Ability to maintain well-structured documentation and understand reporting requirements.- Bachelor's degree in computer/IT engineering or similar field (BCS, BCA, MCS, etc.).- Open and innovative mindset with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving technologies.
