An AI startup seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer (Contract, Remote) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications using React and Next.js (App Router). RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, and maintain web applications using React, Next.js (App Router). Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering, routing, and building optimized React applications. Integrate Approuter for seamless navigation and routing within the application. Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React components and libraries. Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the application. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience and 3+ years in developing web applications using React. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and building React applications. Familiarity with Approuter for navigation and routing. Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
