Company Description :- Vikgol is a company that provides software development solutions.- They assemble teams of top-tier talent within hours to deliver high-quality software development on demand.- Vikgol leverages automation to streamline the process of software development and optimize efficiency and reliability.- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack PHP Lead Developer to join our dynamic team.- As a Senior Full Stack PHP Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting robust solutions, and driving the development of our PHP-based applications.- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in PHP development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.Responsibilities :- Should be well-versed with PHP, Laravel- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of PHP-based applications.- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements and performance goals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software products.- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and best practices.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and tools.- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications.- Drive technical discussions and decision-making to solve complex problems and improve system architecture.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- 6+ years of professional experience in PHP development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams in an agile environment.- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with database design and optimization.- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.- A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis).- Join us in shaping the future of our innovative projects and contribute your expertise to our collaborative team environment.- We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work culture where your contributions are valued and recognized (ref:hirist.tech)
