Job Description :We're seeking a talented Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our core infrastructure, ensuring it supports our developers and enables them to deliver high-impact products.Responsibilities :- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the health, performance, and scalability of our infrastructure, including on-premise or cloud-based environments.- Automation Champion: Develop and implement infrastructure automation solutions using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Chef to streamline provisioning and configuration management.- Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD): Optimize our CI/CD pipeline to accelerate development velocity by reducing build and test times.- Security Focus: Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices and ensure a secure infrastructure environment.- Problem-Solving Expertise: Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and identify proactive solutions to prevent future occurrences.- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize resource utilization (CPU, memory, storage) to ensure efficient infrastructure operation.- Technology Adoption: Stay up-to-date on emerging infrastructure trends and technologies, evaluating and implementing solutions to improve our infrastructure.- Collaboration & Mentorship: Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and other IT teams.- Additionally, mentor junior engineers and share your expertise.Skills & Qualifications :- 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or a related field.- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewalls.- In-depth experience with Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu).- Proven experience with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog is a plus.- Excellent scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.)- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
