Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable Java applications that support our business objectives.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).- 8-10 years of experience in professional Java development.Technical Skills:Core Java:- In-depth knowledge of Java SE (Java Standard Edition) core concepts (OOP, collections, concurrency, etc.).- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested Java code.Java EE:- Solid understanding of Java EE (Java Platform, Enterprise Edition) technologies, including Servlets, JSP, and JDBC.- Experience with building web applications using Spring Framework (MVC, Security, etc.) or similar frameworks (a plus).Databases:- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and database access technologies (e.g., JDBC, JPA).Version Control:- Proficiency in using a version control system like Git.Testing:- Understanding of unit testing principles and experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).Additional Skills (Bonus Points):- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for Java application deployment (a plus).- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) (a plus).- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (a plus).- Knowledge of API development and integration (RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs).- Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for building web application user interfaces (a plus).- Experience with build automation tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).- Experience with performance optimization techniques.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements.- Design, develop, implement, and test high-quality Java applications.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality.- Troubleshoot and debug complex Java application issues.- Perform unit testing and participate in application testing cycles.- Deploy and maintain Java applications in production environments.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices.- Continuously learn and improve your development skills.
