We are looking for a Senior Developer experienced in building high-performing, scalable enterprise applications. Your role will involve implementing complex solutions within a dynamic and experienced team that values honesty, openness, and progressiveness, striving to deliver exceptional service to prestigious clients.Key Responsibilities:- Develop robust, scalable, and secure Java-based systems meeting performance and reliability standards.- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions for smooth project delivery.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on Java development efforts.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, offering recommendations for mitigation.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of core Java concepts, data structures, and algorithms.- Hands-on experience with Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or similar technologies.- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful web services and APIs.- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
