About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team and play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in Java, experience with modern frameworks and methodologies, and a passion for building innovative software solutions.Responsibilities :- Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned projects.- Design, develop, test, and debug robust and maintainable Java code using best practices.- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other developers to define technical solutions.- Utilize modern Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, etc.) for efficient application development.- Implement design patterns and clean code principles to ensure code quality and maintainability.- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers within the team.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies and best practices (e.g., Java 17+ features).- Participate in the selection and integration of third-party libraries and APIs.- Work effectively in a DevOps environment and contribute to CI/CD pipelines (if applicable).- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.Requirements :- 9-12 years of experience in enterprise Java development.- In-depth knowledge of Java core concepts, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns.- Strong proficiency in modern Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, or similar) and libraries.- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and database access technologies (e.g., JPA, Hibernate).- Understanding of web application development concepts (HTTP, RESTful APIs, etc.) is a plus.- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and code coverage tools.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in a team environment.- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
