Job Title : Sr Dev or Lead DevMode of Work : HybridDetailed Job Description :We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developers delivering successful ServiceNow implementations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ServiceNow projects, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM). You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. - The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ServiceNow projects, and expertise in CSM and FSM implementations. - Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules.- Must have CSA Certification.- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), etc. are highly desirable.Required Qualifications Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience : 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Certifications : Must have CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification. - Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable. Technical Skills : - Strong expertise in ITSM, FSC, CSM, and TSM. Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices. Mandatory Skills : ITSM (IT Service Management) FSC (Financial Services Cloud) CSM (Customer Service Management) TSM (Technology Service Management) Primary Skills ITSM (IT Service Management) FSC (Financial Services Cloud) CSM (Customer Service Management) TSM (Technology Service Management) Preferred Qualifications : - Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and committed to quality. Additional Skills : - Experience with other ITSM tools and platforms. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices. (ref:hirist.tech)
