Position Title: Outbound Associate CTC: 30% - 35% Experience: 3-7 YEARS Location: Pune Working Mode: WFO Primary skills: Strong Looker and SQL Qualification: Any engineering/ computers degree Roles and Responsibilities: - Primary task involves developing and maintaining Look ML, Looker's Modeling language. This means structuring data in a way that makes sense for analysis and reporting purposes. Think of it as organizing the raw data into a format that Looker can use to generate insights. - Efficiency is crucial, so you'll be constantly optimizing Looker's performance. This involves tweaking queries, refining data models, and implementing caching techniques to ensure that data retrieval is fast and reliable. - Collaborate closely with various teams to design and create dashboards and visualizations that convey meaningful insights. This requires not only technical skills but also an understanding of the data and the needs of the end-users. - Provide leadership within the Looker development team. This means guiding junior members, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Integrating with other systems and automating processes to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency. - Quality assurance is paramount. Testing Looker models and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability. After all, decision-makers rely on these insights to drive business strategies. - Assist users with any issues they encounter, answer their questions, and provide guidance on how to leverage Looker effectively. - Maintain detailed documentation of Looker models, data dictionaries, and user guides to ensure everyone understands how to use Looker and the underlying data.
