Project Description :Luxoft is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic .Net engineer to be part of our core development team. You will have the opportunity to work with global banking and capital market clients of ours on various development projects. You will be part of high-caliber project teams comprised of analysts with deep domain experience.Joining this program you will have the benefit of working with an established client team, fully involved in the project implementation.Responsibilities :- Assist the business in bringing new data sets together in order to facilitate impact analysis.- Drive continuous improvements to the system, development practices, and processes.- Review all deliverables to ensure quality and conformance to standards.- Extraction of data and understanding of how to leverage the data to create value and respond to customer requirements for information.The engineer will need to analyse the existing way data is processed and deliver on demand solutions to existing data driven problems.- A self-starter that enjoys a challenge and working in an agile environment.- Someone who takes pride in their work and will complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.- Someone who can interface with both technical and business teams within Market Risk and the Benchmark Transition Project.- Who will develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders to ensure that all system requirements are developed and implemented with the customer in mind.- Who enjoys learning new technologies and new ways of working.Mandatory Skills Description :- 5-8 years' development experience in C# is essential.- Experience on distributed system design- Experience consuming and producing integration endpoints (services, message queues)- Solid understanding of end-to-end behaviour of enterprise applications, from front end through to database, authentication and access control- Practical experience with one of the RDMS system (MS SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL, etc)- Data ETL (Extra-Transform-Load) experience is a plus.- Experience in the financial industry, markets would be highly regarded.- Alternatively, experience in working with various big data tools.- Experienced with tools such as Git, Maven, JIRA, Confluence, and test driven methodologies.Nice-to-Have Skills :- Have good communication skills and are able to work effectively with colleagues located both onshore and offshore.- Work closely with developers, business people, and project managers from other teams or projects.
