Description:

Roles & Responsibilities : - Demonstrated technical capability in custom development for ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, HR Onboarding and Transitions and ITSM is an added advantage.- Develop and implement new Aavenir applications on ServiceNow and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer's requirements.- Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.- Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing on ServiceNow and automate and improve business processes.- Demonstrated a good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.- Experience in any front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, Angular JS) is an added advantage.- Configure Web Services to integrate with external applications using REST and SOAP API calls.- Has worked in a successful start-up environment taking product from sprints to a mature stage.Qualifications & Skills : - Bachelors/Master's degree in computer science/ IT engineering or equivalent.- Min. 6+ years' experience with ServiceNow app development.- Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g. Service Portal, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps)- Expertise-level understanding of the ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities is required.- Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL.- Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.- Effective communicator with both internal & external stakeholders.- Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment.- Ability to work in a start-up environment.
