The position As a Senior Product Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following key responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the launch of a rare disease product in the specialty segment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of launch strategies. Conduct thorough market research to understand unmet needs and healthcare provider dynamics within the specific rare disease specialty segment. Lead and oversee multiple projects aimed at therapy shaping within the rare disease space. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to gather insights and foster support for the upcoming product launch. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the success of launch strategies. rand management of Rare Disease – New Launches in Haemoglobinopathies. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Post-Graduation – MBA with specialization in Marketing from Premier B School. Preferably a Science graduate. Solid product marketing experience of 7 years, with initial sales experience of 2-3 years. Strong strategic planning and project management skills. Excellent market research and analysis capabilities. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills.
