Total exp: 20+ yrsExp in Project Management: - At least 10 Years in the capacity of Project Manager and handling large scale IT infrastructure projects- Able to do stakeholder management from day 1 without any help from NXP Managers- Extensive exp in documentation- PMP preferred - Ideal candidate should be having complete project management exp including project scope, costing , scheduling, stakeholder management, risk management and not just limited to team management, scrum meetings only.Work Location - NoidaKey Responsibilities:- Define program governance and reporting structure.- Document Program brief and approval by board (scope, goals, deliverables, milestone, risks)- Requirements elicitation, analysis and scoping for the implementation of infrastructure solutions and supplementary projects to align with best practices.- Planning and execution, Coordination with tracks, Collaboration with DevOps teams (virtual resources)- Proactively manage issues and mitigate risks to enable projects to stay on time, within budget, and with expected scope- Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.- Manage the execution plan for all deliverables.- Provide updates to the stakeholders and program steering board. - Manage cost estimates and track the spend to stay within budget.Education, Experience, and skills:- Extensive experience in a project management and having been responsible for start and completion of mid to large-sized projects.- Experience working with a complex stakeholder landscape is preferred (e.g. acting as trusted advisor and thought partner to senior managers and/or executives).- Bachelors or Masters in computer science is preferred.- Certifications in PMP, SAFe , Agile and Scrum will helpTo thrive in this job, you'll need the following skills:- Strong analytical skills with pragmatic attitude- Strong influencing skills and a good communicator- Strong stakeholder management, able to align conflicting objectives.- Organizational sensitivity- Strategic/Business mindset- Can work with tight deadlines and ad-hoc requests.- Strong presentation skills- Strong collaboration and coordination skills- Ability to work with virtual teams located in multiple countries/geographies (ref:hirist.tech)
