We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team in Bangalore and play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical software systems.Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)Responsibilities :- Design and develop highly reliable, scalable, and maintainable software applications using established software design patterns.- Work in fast-paced environments demanding high throughput, low latency, and zero downtime deployments.- Collaborate with development teams to define and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services.- Troubleshoot complex system issues in distributed environments, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.- Design and architect technical solutions to meet system requirements and performance goals.- Possess hands-on experience with the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.- Demonstrate strong project management skills, leading projects from initial concept to production deployment, overseeing all development stages.- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, effectively communicating with colleagues and inspiring teamwork.Required Skills :- Proven experience in developing and deploying software using modern programming languages and frameworks.- In-depth understanding of distributed systems architecture and principles.- Experience with monitoring and observability tools for proactive performance management.- Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Passion for building high-quality, reliable software systems.
