About the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Scrum Master to join our growing Agile team. You will play a pivotal role in coaching and guiding our development teams to achieve optimal performance through the Scrum framework. With 12+ years of experience, you will champion Agile principles, remove roadblocks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.Responsibilities :- Coach and mentor development teams on the Scrum framework, principles, and best practices.- Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and streamline workflow.- Champion Agile values and principles within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Manage the Scrum backlog, prioritize user stories, and maintain a clear product vision.- Track team performance metrics and report on project progress to stakeholders.- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth integration between development and operations.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Agile trends and methodologies.- Mentor and guide junior Scrum Masters.Experience and Qualifications :- 12+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.- Proven track record of successfully leading and coaching cross-functional Agile teams.- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, values, and ceremonies.- Extensive experience in facilitating effective meetings and workshops.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to influence, motivate, and build trust with team members at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience in Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or CSP are a plus.
