Description:
Job Requirements :- Design, configure, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) module leveraging industry best practices and standards.- Good Architectural knowledge of software development and enterprise system design principles- Work closely with business and IT teams to understand and meet user requirements.- Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration and application development, while also promoting best practices in these areas- Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module architecture and implementation principles.- Create and improve functions like incident management, Change management, Problem management modules- Work with creating and maintaining business required SLA's and OLA's- Develop system integrations and process automation within ServiceNow.- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform.- Coordinate ServiceNow application and platform upgrades.- Demonstrated technical capability in custom development for ServiceNow modules like ITOM, ITSM and Service Portal is an added advantage.
