Job Description :- 4-8 yrs of relevant experience in C++ developer.- Experience in modern C++ i.e. C++17/C++20.- Experience in backend development.- Good understanding of OS concepts (Linux/Windows/FreeBSD).- Understands multi-threading + event queue and inter-thread communication.- Working knowledge of client-server application, JSON data format .X86 architecture knowledge is added advantage.- Proactive in nature and clear communication skills.Experience Level : 4-8 years Skills Required : - C++ Development : 4-8 years of relevant experience in C++ development, with a strong understanding of modern C++ standards such as C++17 and C++20. - Backend Development : Experience in backend development, including designing and implementing scalable and efficient systems. - Operating System Concepts : Good understanding of operating system concepts, particularly in Linux, Windows, and FreeBSD environments. - Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions. - Object-Oriented Design : Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and design patterns. - Version Control : Experience with version control systems such as Git for collaborative software development. - Debugging and Optimization : Ability to debug and optimize code for performance and memory usage. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Agile Development : Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices. - Team Player : Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and components using modern C++ standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans. - Implement scalable and efficient algorithms and data structures to meet performance and scalability requirements. - Ensure code quality through writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and adhering to coding standards. - Debug issues reported by testing teams or customers and provide timely resolutions. - Optimize code for performance, memory usage, and scalability. - Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain software applications in production environments. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in C++ development and relevant technologies. - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
