Senior Software Engineer - Java (5-9 yrs) Bangalore (Backend Developer)

Description:
Job Responsibilities :- Analyze, design, and implement new features as defined by our product owners.- Actively participate as a member of a SCRUM team.- Follow test driven development and ensure code coverage of modules is maintained.- Plan and automate testing of new features, including behavioral testing using frameworks like Selenium and Cucumber.- Diagnose and troubleshoot field issues for current deployments of the product.- Assist with developing content for training modules for new releases of the product.- Use Jenkins for Continuous Integration, Maven for builds, Jira for issue tracking, and Git for source control.Job Requirements :- Education qualification of BE/BTech/Mtech/MS/MCA with 5+yrs of industry experience and candidate must have programming experience.- 5+ years of strong experience developing multitier applications for Linux OS.- Strong experience programming with web technologies and protocols including Spring Framework, Microservices REST, JSON, and HTTP.- Experience with SDN/NFV technologies.- Knowledge of data network protocols such as TCP, UDP, etc. is preferred.- Experience in developing and debugging multi-threaded applications.- Experience working with SQL and relational databases is preferable.- Experience in developing test automation using frameworks such as Jenkins, JUnit, Selenium, and Cucumber-JVM.- Strong understanding of programming languages and tools including Java, JavaScript, node.js, handlebars, XML and HTML.- Skilled in scripting languages such as python, bash and Tcl.- Strong understanding of OOD/OOP, Agile/SCRUM and test driven development processes.- Strong communication skills including technical and conversational speaking, writing and presentation skills.Desired Skill : Working experience with Vue.Js (ref:hirist.tech)
