Description :We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in the development and maintenance of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will also mentor and support junior engineers to help them grow and succeed in their roles.Roles & Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions- Write clean, readable, and reusable code- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide feedback to other engineers- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement software enhancements- Mentor and support junior engineers to help them grow and succeed in their roles- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices- Knowledge on Flow & DB design and Project architecture creationRequirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, or Python- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices- Experience with Agile development methodologies- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and teamwork abilities- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentJob Location: Chennai, AlandurShift: Day (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)Working days: 6 (Monday - Saturday)Joining period: Immediate or 30 days (ref:hirist.tech)
