For more information, please visit our website at www.voyagerpartners.com.Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer located in Bengaluru.- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development and maintenance of back-end web applications.- This includes software development, programming, and utilizing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Qualifications :- Architect/ Solution Architect, experienced in SDLC.- Java 8 and above, Spring boot, Micro services, API, Multi-Threading.- AWS, Kubernetes.- Hands on experience on Maven, CI/CD (Jenkins/ Ansible) deployments.- Relational and Non-Relational database exposure.Experience is 8 to 12 years. Key Responsibilities : - Software Development : Design, develop, and maintain back-end web applications using Java 8 and above, Spring Boot, Microservices, and other relevant technologies. - Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) : Apply OOP principles to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets both functional and non-functional requirements. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and front-end developers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Architecture and Solution Design : Act as an architect/solution architect, contributing to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Technological Expertise : Demonstrate proficiency in AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, and other relevant technologies for building and deploying modern web applications. Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) : Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Ansible for automated builds, testing, and deployments. Database Management : Work with both relational and non-relational databases, leveraging your expertise to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on back-end development. - Expertise in Java 8 and above, Spring Boot, Microservices, API development, and multi-threading. - Strong understanding and practical experience with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes.- Hands-on experience with Maven for project management and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Ansible for automated deployments. - Exposure to both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases. - Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a solid understanding of the SDLC. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
