Job Title : Java SSEExperience : 6+yearsLocation : Noida ( onsite)Mode of work : Work from officePrimary Skills : Java, Spring boot, Hibernate ( Fintech Background or Worked in banking domain preferred)Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Roles and Responsibilities :- Strong technical background with a minimum of 4 years of experience in programming. - Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, distributed, and secure systems. - Expertise in Java, Spring, JPA, Kafka, Multi-Threading, Docker, Kubernetes, Socket Programming. - Experience in RDBMS with expertise in database design, writing efficient queries & optimizing the resources. - Knowledge in React & NodeJS is a plus. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex technical challenges strategically. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
