Why the Role Is Important: Master Job Description | EAS - SFDC • Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using leading platforms like Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and transform them into detailed technical specifications and system designs. • Create, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient cloud applications and integrations. • Apply industry best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing methodologies, and documentation. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, product managers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful solution delivery. • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders. • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in cloud technologies, the consumer goods industry, and the Salesforce platform. • Identify and resolve technical issues on time, ensuring smooth operations. • Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure compliance with established coding standards and best practices. • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to optimize performance, scalability, and security of cloud-based solutions Once You Are Here, You Will: ● Maintain overall responsibility for technical resolutions as per the customer standards/requirements to ensure the success of the project ● Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success ● Daily activities include but not limited to: Understand customer requirements from BA and seek clarifications o Ownership for resolution of Incidents, minor and standard changes for the respective technology tower o Update PM on issues/roadblocks in adhering to the timelines for tasks allocated o All development should comply Salesforce.com recommended standards and avoid creating duplicate Fields, Objects, Validation, or any Configurations etc. o Attend Meeting setup by PM and update the status of tasks allocated Required Qualifications: ● Minimum 3+ years of related SalesForce experience as a cloud consultant ● Experience of CG Cloud ● Sales or Service Cloud Certification Mandatory" About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
