Headquartered in India, Mahindra employs over 200,000 people across 100 countries.Function : IT Operations and Support - Technical / Production Support, Software Engineering - Backend DevelopmentJob Description :Responsibilities :- Lead Application maintenance and operations support related to Application Hosting, Backup, Data Loads, etc.- Review Application issues, Monitoring and logging, Performance, Availability, etc.- Maintain schedules, plan the activities, release deployments, and communicate with the relevant stakeholders.- Provide command center communications, own communication for production issues, and include improvement opportunities.- Possess a deep understanding of how the systems work and perform troubleshooting, responding to assistance requests, and handling technical issues.- Able to identify the root cause of technical issues and provide solutions.- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.- Prepare shift rosters and on-call rotation for after-hours support, and maintain an accurate L2 on-call list.- Handle escalations and serve as the POC for SLA reporting.- Identify and implement potential process improvements and automation.Requirements :- Must have 8+ years of previous experience in a technical support role and possess strong interpersonal skills.- Must hold a degree in Computer Systems/, IT, or any other related fields.- Certified in ITIL - Foundation, Azure fundamentals.- Must have knowledge of IT platforms and programming languages including Oracle, .Net, Java, Dell Boomi, Tableau, Python, R, and SharePoint.Why Explore a Career at Tech Mahindra :At Tech Mahindra, we truly believe that Technology makes it possible, but it's people who make it happen.
