Role : Sr. UI/UX Designer Job Description :UI/UX designer position with us is an amalgamation of a designer and a technical role that is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with a product in a way that is attractive and convenient for users. Will be responsible for creating interactive UI designs using tools like Figma, Photoshop, and high-fidelity designs using HTML & other frameworks. The designs should enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience using various forms of digital and web media.As the position combines elements of research psychology and digital design, a UX designer requires specialized training in both subjects to deliver quality products and services. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field is essential. Individuals who enjoy bringing abstract concepts to life and working with a team on creative initiatives tend to perform well in the position of a UX designer.Responsibilities & Requirements :8+ years of relevant experience in UX Design & Visual Design Candidates with strong technical backgrounds in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap or Material UI frameworks will be preferred. Expert in Figma, Photoshop, Corel Draw, and other designing tools. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.Designing UI elements and tools for our digital assets, such as navigation menus, search boxes,tabs, and widgets.Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.Create personas through user research and data Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) Very good at writing conversations, conversation flows Good designing skills and work with UI developers to implement attractive designs Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks (ref:hirist.tech)
