Description:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts across various digital platforms, ensuring exceptional user experiences and interface designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design intuitive solutions, and drive product innovation. Mandatory : Web Applications Experience is required.Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, including user research, wire-framing, prototyping, and visual design.- Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions and enhance usability.- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs effectively.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing for web and mobile applications.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Prior experience in mentoring or leading design teams is a plus.
