Siebel developer with hands on experience on Siebel configurations, scripting, order management, Integrations.We are seeking a talented Siebel Developer with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Siebel CRM development, with a focus on telecom-specific functionalities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our CRM systems and deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications tailored to the needs of the telecommunications industry.- Customize Siebel workflows, business rules, and UI elements to optimize system performance and user experience.- Implement Siebel integration solutions to connect with external systems such as billing platforms, order management systems, and provisioning systems.- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize system downtime and ensure smooth operations.- Stay updated on Siebel CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes and deliver innovative solutions.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development, with a focus on telecom projects.- Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and integration objects.- Strong understanding of telecom industry processes, such as order management, billing, and customer service.- Experience with Siebel Open UI is highly desirable.- Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration protocols (SOAP, REST).- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
