Description:
Responsibilities :Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure systems to support our applications and services.Implement automation tools and frameworks for provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure components.Develop and implement and comprehensive monitoring strategy to monitor the health, performance, and availability of infrastructure, services, and applications.Evaluate and implement monitoring tools and technologies to support the monitoring strategy.Analyze monitoring data and metrics trends to identify performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and areas for optimization.Participate in incident management and respond to incidents to minimize downtime and service disruptions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document designs, processes, and best practices.Requirements :Bachelor's or Master's Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar with a focus on monitoring.Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring solutions for complex distributed systems.Proficiency in monitoring tools and technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack, or similar.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, and CloudFormation.Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Nice to have :Cloud certification (AWS / GCP / Azure).Experience in maintaining and monitoring large-scale distributed systems.Experience in developing and implementing monitoring strategies from scratch.
