Job Description :As an SRE you will join a team of reliability engineers who partner with development teams throughout the organization with the goal of improving products, features, and flow reliability.An SRE spends just as much of their time working on systems as they do writing code. You'll be tasked with all manner of work from building operational tooling, automating operational workflows, performing architecture and design reviews, investigating system failures and complex outages, improving our monitoring infrastructure, defining service level objectives and agreements for products and flows, and much more.On a Normal Day, You Will :- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimising data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc- Creating and documenting the tests to meet requirements- Build the infrastructure required for transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS technologies- Maintaining, tuning and adapting applications to keep them performing to specifications- Researching new technologies and performing Proof-of-Concepts to identify improvements to existing use cases or new use cases- Automation of deployment and configuration processes- Work with development partners to shape the architecture, design, and implementations of new and existing systems to enhance their reliability, performance, efficiency, and scalability- Ensure all key services are measured, monitored and raising alerts when needed- Automation of deployment and configuration processes- Develop reliability tools and frameworks for use by all engineers- Handling Security and monitoring Technical issues- Share on-call for most critical systems and lead incident response and no-blame post-mortem analysis and review- Drive efficiencies in systems and processes: capacity planning, configuration management, performance tuning, monitoring and root cause analysis.- We are expert in infrastructure and best practices, and we help development teams using infrastructure more effectively.- We are on point for capacity planning and to help teams anticipate and prepare for growth.You Have :- Experience in Observability and cloud Security Products on AWS Or Azure- Knowledge of Python, other languages are preferable (PySpark, Java)- Knowledge of various CSPM security tools like wiz, Aqua will be preferred - Knowledge of various Observability tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic will be preferred - Interest or experience on Vulnerability management will be good- Understanding of Observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, New relic.- Strong project management and organisational skills- Open mindset, ability to quickly adapt new technologies and learn new practiceAbout Cloud Native Engineering :The Cloud Native Engineering Practice is an organization of engineers who work with our production services throughout their entire life cycle, from design and architecture, through implementation, deployment, and sustaining operation.
