Software Application Support Engineer with 4+ Years of ExperienceLooking for candidates who are immediate joiners Core Competencies:- Proficient with MS Office and database systems including SQL Server and Oracle.- Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.- Expertise in eOffice rollout, user training, and system support.- Knowledgeable in configuring Kavach, VPN, and DSC for various government websites such as Sparrow, Tour and Travel, PFMS, among others.Key Responsibilities:Bio-Metric/AEBAS Management:- Installation and management of AEBAS devices.- Troubleshooting biometric tablets and fingerprint devices.- User account management including creation, editing, transfer, and blocking.- Generating and sending regular reports.Video Conferencing:- Providing support for video conferencing platforms like WebEx, Teams, Meet, Zoom, Bharat VC, and NIC Reserve Portal.- Setting up and maintaining VC systems.NIC Email and Kavach Application:- Creating and managing NIC email accounts for new users and designations.- Raising complaints for email updates and mobile number changes.- Applying for VPN for MSDE staff and installing Kavach on desktops and mobile devices.- Coordinating with NIC through eForms.Network Support:- Assigning internet IP addresses and providing NIC WIFI for staff.- Installing new I/O ports in coordination with general administration.- Configuring NIC WIFI routers and performing packet tracing.- Monitoring, managing, and securing network switches and routers.Hardware Support:- Formatting desktops and installing operating systems.- Installing necessary software for MSDE staff.- Managing and resolving issues with network printers (Canon and HP).- Backing up system data and troubleshooting hardware issues in coordination with general administration.- Performing updates and installing DSCs.eOffice Support:- Creating eOffice accounts and managing user roles and assignments.- Assisting with file and receipt creation, post assignments, and updates.- Generating MIS reports for e-files, P-files, and receipts.- Applying for VPN services to enable remote access to eOffice accounts.- Adding new headers, file codes, and primary headers in eOffice.Other Activities:- Managing content updates on the MSDE website through CMS.- Providing user support for account creation on the GeM Portal.- Creating Nodal Officer and user accounts on the CCP Portal.
