We are hiring for position of Software Developer with US Based MNC for Gurgaon location (on contract basis)External Qualifications: MCA or B-TECH equivalent - GNIIT can also be considered.Work Experience: - 1 - 2 years post qualification experience in Design & Development of tools using technologies like VBA and OOPS Concepts Excel Macros, MS Access, RPA etc.Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement:- ASP.NET with C#, MVC, SQL (All Versions)- Sound Solution Engineering Skills along with design and development of new tools.- Ability to do coding independently, debugging skills, using the above technologies.- Must be system oriented & have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills in new applications.- Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables. - Understanding of Change Management Process, Autonomy to change processes, solve problem- Knowledge of Quality Processes used for managing projects and programs- Timely project completionKey - Off the Job Skills- Required:- Exchanges, clarifies information, - Ability to communicate effectively across different levels & geographies.- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting and analytical skills.- Negotiates externally on subjects with limited technical impactThis is a extendable contract of upto 2 years and can be converted to direct payroll of client on the basis of performance (ref:hirist.tech)
