Job Description : Role & responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement backend services for our FinTech platform using strong coding practices.- Collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Develop and maintain efficient and scalable database structures.- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive user data and ensure regulatory compliance.- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase quality.- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate deployments and ensure smooth system operation.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in FinTech and backend development.Preferred candidate profile :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Backend Software Developer.- Proficiency in a backend programming language (e.g., Reactjs, Python, Java, Node.js, Go).- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).- Experience with API development and integration.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and (ref:hirist.tech)
