Job Title : DeveloperPosition Overview :We are seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions. As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and test environments.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.- Participate in Agile/Scrum development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Document software designs, technical specifications, and test plans.- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role.- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, React, Angular, etc.).- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
