Our client is backed by India Mart & IIM Calcutta.Role details :- Title / Designation : Software Development Engineer II- Location : Kolkata- Work Mode : Full-time / WFORole & responsibilities :- Develop the database design/schema, front-end elements, and back-end architecture.- Translate complex functional & technical requirements into detailed architecture, design, tasks, and code.- Install best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work.- Building reusable code and libraries for future use.- Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.- Work closely with all stakeholders towards strategic planning and product roadmap development with delivery schedule. - Drive team to achieve sprint goals and timely bug-free deliveries to delight customers.Candidate requirements :- 3+ years of experience in Node JS, React JS, Socket.io, Relationship database and DevOps.- Proficient in writing SQL Queries, stored procedures.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to deep dive into the problems to help your team and make the right technical decisions.- Ability to switch between different technologies and learn new skills quickly.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Process oriented, Punctual, experience with product companies.- B.Tech from IIT /NIT /BITS pilani will be an added advantage.Selection process :- Three technical discussions- HR discussions (ref:hirist.tech)
