The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions that meet business needs.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications and systems.- Capable of working on all the phases of software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and integration.- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth and skill development.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to create innovative solutions and solve complex problems.- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality and development processes.Qualifications :- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field at the bachelor's or master's level.- At least 4 years of experience in software development.- Practical experience with the .Net Core framework.- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as C#, Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.- Experience in web development frameworks and technologies, including React, Angular, and Node.js.- In-depth understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.- Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and algorithmic thinking.- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Preferred Skills :- Experience in developing and deploying microservices architecture.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, monitoring, automation).- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.Benefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
