Requirement in Internal Audit Firm based out of Jordan (Saudi)Position: Software Team Lead Qualification: BSc (Comp Sci/ IT)Experience: 7 yrsWorking days: Sunday - Thursday Shift Timing: 8.30AM - 5.30PMFrequently travel is a must from Saudi to India.Main Areas of Contribution and Responsibility- Lead the architectural design and development of software applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.- Lead and manage a team of software developers, including task assignment and performance evaluation.- Collaborate with product/project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and provide technical expertise, generating ideas with team members and offering insightful solutions.- Research, assess, and suggest different architecture designs/frameworks that best serves the software solution. - Mentor and guide developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.- Implement and maintain software engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.- Test and evaluate software, identify areas for modifications and/or enhancements, and subsequently develop these modifications.- Maintain all software and create updates regularly to address client and company concerns.- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance division to analyze and test products before formal launch.- Delegating tasks to appropriate team members and successfully project managing campaigns at all stages- Ensure software and website security by developing tools and techniques to actively monitor the sharing of information. Practice industry standards for code hardening and security frameworks/protocols. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their potential applicability to our projects. Mentor less-senior developers on how to use and incorporate the said technologies, tools, and trends. - Contribute to agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Provide reports including but not limited to burndown charts.- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and plan future work.- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.Key Competencies :Behavioral Competencies :- Attention to Detail Analytical Thinking Communication Learning Agility- Planning & Organizing Problem Solving Initiative Team Management Technical Competencies- Project Management Basics of Testing .NET Framework Model-view-controller- Data Structure and Algorithm Source Control Database Management Programming Languages- API Platforms MS SQL Server HTML5/CSS3 Project Management Role Qualifications :Experience :- A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development- Min 5 Years of Professional Experience as an ASP. Net developer.- Min 2 years in team management roles- Must have experience in Web form and CORE MVC technology.- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer- Familiarity with the ASP.NET & C# framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC))- Familiarity with Databases like Microsoft SQL Server.- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET) and HTML5/CSS3- good knowledge with integration APIS- Familiarity with Postman API Platform or other API Platforms- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.Accreditations, Licensing, and Professional Certificates : A Project Management/ Team Lead professional certificate is a plus.Language and Computer Skills- Fluency in English- Microsoft Office Skills- Advanced Computer Skills (ref:hirist.tech)
