Description:
About the Role:- We are seeking a Software Testing Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications.- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to identify and resolve bugs before they reach our end-users.- This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in performance testing methodologies and a strong understanding of performance testing tools.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans to identify bottlenecks and scalability issues in software applications.- Utilize Neoload for performance testing, including script development, test execution, and analysis of results.- Possess a strong working knowledge of additional performance testing tools like Dynatrace (JMeter, LoadRunner) (familiarity preferred).- Experience working with Amdocs Solutions (CRM, OMS, AMQ) is a plus.- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement.- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve defects and improve application performance.- Participate in the creation of test strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements.- Clearly document test procedures, findings, and recommendations.- Effectively communicate test results and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.Qualifications :- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software performance testing.- Proven experience using Neoload for performance testing.- Working knowledge of Dynatrace (JMeter, LoadRunner) or similar performance testing tools (preferred).- Experience with Amdocs Solutions (CRM, OMS, AMQ) is a plus.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly the testing phase.- Experience with test automation frameworks is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
