Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI solutions, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.- AI Model Development: Develop and fine-tune advanced AI models using Python and deep learning frameworks. Utilize Generative AI techniques to create novel content and enhance user experiences.- Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement NLP solutions for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition. Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve state-of-the-art performance.- Azure Cognitive Services Integration: Integrate Azure Cognitive Services into AI solutions to leverage capabilities such as speech recognition, language understanding, and computer vision. Develop GEN AI bots using Azure Bot Service.- GEN AI Bot Development: Design, develop, and deploy GEN AI bots and conversational agents. Implement dialogue management systems and integrate natural language understanding (NLU) and generation (NLG) capabilities.- Software Development: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI components into existing applications or develop new AI-driven products. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.- Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy AI solutions to production environments, utilizing containerization and cloud services. Implement monitoring and logging to track performance and identify issues proactively.- Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation, tutorials, and training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and enable other team members to leverage AI technologies effectively.Qualifications:- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in AI research, development, and deployment, with a focus on Python, Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.- Proficiency in Python programming and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.- Experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and other Generative AI techniques.- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques, including LLMs.- Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Bot Service for AI development.- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying GEN AI bots and conversational agents.- Experience with software development methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
