Job Description :As a Solution Architect specializing in conversational AI solutions, you will play a vital role in shaping Ori's offerings used by businesses worldwide. Your responsibilities will include ideating and implementing new features, growing adoption, architecting scalable solutions and helping prioritize and solve support requests.Responsibilities :Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.Lead the Product planning process, Provide backlog management and direction to sprint planning.Elaborate User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.Assess and address technical risks.Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.Coordinate beta tests.Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.Requirements :Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics or related field5-7 years of experience managing AI/ML-based global enterprise products with a background in technical product management or engineering.Strong hold in stakeholder & team managementPrior experience in chatbots, conversational interfaces, NLP, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, MERN stack is a plusProven ability to drive large scale products with deep understanding of agile, high collaboration and leadership in a highly accelerated work environmentExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills with a fair understanding of what makes a good user experience and beautiful designSpontaneous, quick thinker and a self-starter with key organizational skills that includes attention to detail and multi-taskingPassionate or hands-on about programming, software quality, and DevOps (preferred a software engineer turn product manager)What you can expect from ORI :Passion & happiness in the workplace with great people & open culture with amazing growth opportunities.An ecosystem where leadership is fostered builds an environment where everyone is free to take necessary actions to learn from real experiences.Chance to work on the cutting edge of technology.Freedom to pursue your ideas and innovate with multiple technologiesAre you curious, persistent, logical, and enjoy crafting and developing elegant solutions for complex problems.
