Position Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect who possesses deep knowledge and experience in multi-cloud architecture technologies and tools.- Working closely with business teams, internal stakeholders, and development teams, you will translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, deep knowledge of data management principles, and proficiency in multi-cloud platforms, with a focus on Azure and AWS.- As a key member of our Digital Center team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect scalable solutions, and drive successful implementation and deployment.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with business teams and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, current technology stack, and objectives for digital initiatives, translating them into technical solutions.- Lead the evaluation and selection of cloud services, platforms, and tools to support solution implementation.- Evaluate and recommend appropriate data storage, processing, analytics, data visualisation technologies based on business needs and technical requirements.- Develop architectural designs, diagrams, and documentation to effectively communicate solution concepts, components, and dependencies.- Define and facilitate the process for approving architecture principles and standards and grow Enterprise Architect Capability.- Lead the implementation of data solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics components.- Define data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across multi-cloud environments.- Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and coding principles.- Provide guidance and best practices for cloud-native application development, containerization, and microservices architecture.- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing solutions to identify optimization opportunities, improve performance, and enhance security posture.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience (8-10 years) as a Data Architect, Solutions Architect, or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing technical solutions in multi-cloud environments (Azure; AWS must, GCP is good to have).- Strong proficiency in data modelling, database design, and ETL processes, with expertise in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).- Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem encompassing tools such as PowerBI, Power Apps, RPA, Fabric etc.- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, highly available, and resilient cloud-based solutions.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical, innovative solutions.
