Job Title : Salesforce Solution ArchitectJob Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with over 10 years of hands-on experience, particularly in Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will also possess expertise in Marketing Cloud, although this is optional. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of playing a pivotal architect role within retail organizations, demonstrating the ability to design, develop, and implement innovative Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the retail sector. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.Key Responsibilities :- Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on technical aspects of Salesforce implementation.- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.- Solution Design: Design scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and optionally Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.- Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and updates, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to the organization's needs. Provide recommendations for leveraging new features and functionalities to drive business value.- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus.- Proven track record of architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions within retail organizations, with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and best practices, particularly in integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and other third-party applications.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor development teams in an Agile environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Salesforce certifications in Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.- Experience with Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) and other industry-specific solutions.- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI capabilities.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce development and deployment.
