Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of data and AI solutions to address complex business challenges and opportunities.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define project objectives, and develop data-driven strategies and roadmaps.- Design and develop machine learning models, algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions to extract insights from large datasets and drive business decisions.- Apply advanced statistical techniques and data mining methods to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data and generate actionable insights.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams on data and AI best practices, tools, and methodologies.- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to support data and AI initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and techniques in data science, AI, and machine learning, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate data and AI solutions into existing systems and processes.- Drive data governance and quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for analysis and decision-making.- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.- Exp is 10 to 15 years. Skills : - Proficiency in data science, AI, and machine learning techniques. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Expertise in statistical analysis and data mining.- Leadership and mentorship capabilities. - Technical acumen in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies. - Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to emerging technologies. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Commitment to data governance and quality assurance practices.
