Job Description :Role : Solution ManagerYears of experience : 5-15 yearsLocation : Pune (Hybrid)Must have :- Customer Requirements gathering ,Data analytics, translating customer requirements to functional business outcomes.- Handling SW projects end to end in terms from inception to implementation and support.- Visualization of Power BI tools and ability to drive the team to create custom dashboards.- Knowledge on ERP/ FSM/ Servicemax will be an added advantage.- Knowledge of Agile -Product methodology and development.- Working knowledge of the manufacturing industry, sales and service domains will be an added advantage.- Strong knowledge of databases and ability to demonstrate hands-on data exp.- Concurrent management of 4-5 customers / existing customers- Working closely with customer implementation teams, data team and cross functional- Handling large data sets, derive insights in terms of business process and intelligence.Good to have :- Execution of Data analysis, ETL, data mining to support customer deployments as per company's SLA's.- Dedupe activity: Manual and using tools.- My SQL/Post gress and Python experienceAdd on :- Client Handling : USA / Europe < 20% of travel.- Projects : B2B SaaS Implementation projects preferred but not limited to.- Past work in consulting, investment banking, implementations of complex software solutions or analyst roles with industrial manufacturers.- Past work with industrial manufacturers (ref:hirist.tech)
