Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated SQL Server Developer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development, a degree in computer science or IT, and a passion for fintech. AWS knowledge is highly desirable, and expertise in the payment domain is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and related applications. Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, tables, and queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and understand the intricacies of the domain. Coordinate closely with team members to handle the development process effectively. Ensure data security and integrity through robust authentication and authorization mechanisms. Monitor database performance and recommend improvements. Create and maintain documentation for database processes and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. These additional responsibilities emphasize the collaborative nature of the role and the importance of effective communication and domain expertise in achieving success in the position. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL Server development. Strong SQL programming skills with expertise in T-SQL, Stored procedures. Knowledge of AWS cloud services is a plus. Familiarity with the payment domain and fintech industry is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
