Role: Sr. Manager/General Manager Monitoring & Evaluation Experience: 10-15 YearsSalary: 15- 25 LPA Location: Mumbai-------------------------------------- About Role: Roles & Responsibilities: Program MonitoringData Analysis & ManagementProgram Management SupportM&E Team ManagementCommunications & Reporting Core Responsibilities includes: Develop and implement various standard monitoring protocols (including questionnaires and survey designs) for different programmes, research studies, and third party assignments Lead M&E system and process development, creating a framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of project activities. Develop proposals for conducting baseline studies, process review, monitoring and evaluation studies and impact assessment studies for various donor/partner organizations. Manage field based data & information.Supervise data management and analysis in the required software. Provide Consultation and provide input in synthesizing a process for utilizing baseline information in documentationEnsure all project reports are produced on time with high quality.Assist in evaluation of different donors projects/programmes.Design M&E training for in-house Teams when required. Define and implement the key project performance indicators (KPI) as well as monitor them throughout the duration of the projects. Perform field visits to ensure the quality of data collected by Programs and to verify the accuracy of reported data. Review and analyze weekly reports to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation and to enhance quality of reporting Experience and Qualifications: The candidate is expected to possess the following: Strong communication & Data Management skills Demonstrate ability to write quality reports (client-ready) within the set time frame Total work experience of 10-15 years; with strong monitoring, evaluation & research background Any graduate with an MBA in Finance/ Economics & Statistics preferred & experience in the social sector is desirable.
