Responsibilities :- Provide functional support for Workday incidents and enhancements, particularly in Core HCM, Recruitment, Learning, Talent, and Advance Compensation modules.- Deliver effective solutions for business problems by leveraging Workday functionalities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Workday with ADP Payroll solutions.- Demonstrate agility in adapting to fast-changing environments and evolving business needs.- Contribute to change management initiatives and project management activities related to Workday implementations and upgrades.Requirements :- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience with deep expertise in one or more Workday modules.- Proven experience in providing systems solutions for HR business problems.- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, preferably with experience in ADP Payroll solutions.- Workday certification is highly desirable.- Proficiency in Workday reporting and integrations.- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
