This is Keysight – People and Culture - YouTube Job Description Keysight EEs of EDA is the leading supplier of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Data Management (DM) software for communications product design. The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to work within a business that is strategically important to Keysight’s overall solutions sales strategy and success. He/she will be the EDA software sales specialist covering key and territory accounts across India. He/she should have experience in sales / business development and a track record of demonstrated success in achieving goals, driving growth, enterprise selling as well as territory selling. Key Deliverables for the Position are: Managing sustainable business growth for key accounts across India Proactively drive sales growth and create business opportunity in new and existing markets by thoroughly understanding customer needs Account intelligence through building strong relationships with key people at all level within the organization to fully understand the business need Ability to manage and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful business growth, customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency Produces and executes sales/account plans that align with customer challenges and growth opportunities, resulting in exceeding sales quota Deploy collaborative software sales approach with the Keysight T&M sales channel Works with customers and the industry solution groups to align customer solution plans and the Keysight software roadmap Job Qualifications Job Qualifications Preferred Skills/ Knowledge and Experience Knowledge of EDA software sales in the area of Semiconductor, Wireless Communication, Automotive and Aerospace Defense Industries including market trends/drivers and ecosystems in India Proven negotiator and knowledgeable about Challenger Sales practices Successful and proven track record in selling software & solutions Ability to ensure customer account sales team engagement at the executive level; understands customer’s priorities, challenges, markets, and can help drive Keysight business through executive relationships Requirements 7+ years of related experience Knowledge of software licensing and services, along with Enterprise selling expertise Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Job Function Sales Shift: Day Job Schedule: Full Time (F) Travel Required: None Employment Program: Regular Duration (Temp Positions Only): Not Applicable __________________________________________________________________________________ Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*** Candidates can be considered to work from the following locations: APAC : India : Karnataka : Bengaluru Job ID: 52072
