What You Will Need To Bring With You :(experience & education required) :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with more than 10+ years of technology experience- 3+ years of experience leading and managing a software engineering team/ Business Intelligence Delivery Teams- Experience of handling multiple projects.- 2+ years of experience leveraging AGILE/DEVOPS practices and working in Agile Scrum/Kanban Methodologies.- 3+ years of experience in MSBI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)- 3+ years of experience in building dashboards using Power Bi, Tableau- Strong understanding of Relational Databases (TSQL).- Experience deploying BI solutions via CICD- Strong Knowledge of SQL statements and development techniques- Good understanding in building ETL solutions- Ability to connect technology solutions to business problems and communicate- 3-4 years of people management experience- Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skillsA Day In The Life Could Include :(job responsibilities) :- Lead the BI development and ensure that development is executed according to the design documents and design principles- Manages the team and represents a point of escalation for the team- Lead effort in assembly/unit test of the application, debugging, production support and timely defect fixes- Plan and track the work schedule and resource utilization- Highlight any delays / issues- Guide the team on technical matters and monitor the delivery of tasks- Participate in team selection and hiring and coaching- Closely work with the Functional Leads from various functions and work out mitigation plans when required and seek feedback on the resources.
