Responsibilities As a Team Lead for the Data Labeling and Annotator team, you will play a crucial role in building high-quality datasets for training machine learning and deep learning models. Your responsibilities will involve collecting data in environments, and annotating the data to create labeled samples. Your attention to detail and ability to ensure data quality will be essential in contributing to the success of our deep learning/machine learning projects. Key Responsibilities: Review and check annotations from team members. Quality assurance checks and assess incoming annotations (perform quality checks) Provide updates to Operations about annotation difficulty. Review and check annotations from team members Collect problematic tasks from Data Labeling Associates and work with your operations manager to address Provide day to day leadership to the Data Labeling Associates. Create/review/edit project instructions with clarity. Provide assessments of annotation difficulty and speed. Data management assistance. Annotate examples for the instructions Project monitoring and providing updates to the Operations team Quality Control Documentation Requirements: Ability to act as a facilitator and team leader in a remote work environment Highly organized and able to take direction well Ability to work independently, cooperatively, and collaboratively as a team member. Excellent attention to detail Good communication Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams .
